For Hong Kong Boundary Crossing facility, the check-in service begins one day in advance before the final departure time and 24 hours before the final departure for flights to the U.S. destinations respectively. It will end:

  • 90 minutes before the departure for check-in without checked baggage.

Weight and Size Restrictions

The maximum weight of the pet and container must not exceed 23kg with the maximum sum of dimensions is 158cm. However, on exceeding the weight and dimensions, you’ll have to pay additional charges which are:

  • USD 150 for exceeding 203cm but less than 23kg
  • USD 300 per piece for up to 32kg and 203cm

  • As per the policy of the airline, children between 6 – under 12 years will be considered as unaccompanied minors.
