Since low-cost airlines do not have all the services available on board, we request you to choose the airlines carefully before making any reservations. Kindly select your class of travel and go through the fare rules while doing any bookings. There are paper tickets and /or e-tickets that will be issued to you. Both are valid to travel by air. However, there are few airlines that do not accept e-tickets. In such cases, you will be provided with paper tickets.
We are only a mediator hence cannot be held responsible for any cancelation of or delay in flight or change of route- a decision taken by the airline. You will be subjected to all terms and conditions as per the airlines.
You will have to limit your baggage as per the normal baggage policy of the airlines in the respective class that you have chosen to fly. Any extra baggage that you carry shall remain your responsibility. In case of any loss of baggage by the airline or the passenger will be the sole responsibility of the airline and the passenger respectively.

All online payments for flight bookings done via www.faremart.com are secure. Our website does not save card details of any customer in its database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to proceed with the transaction, you will be directed to the bank’s site and the card details will be stored on the credit card site and not ours. Hence, we are not responsible for any misuse of your credit card.
www.faremart.com reserves the right to decide the amount of refund value in case of any cancellation and amendments. The decision on the amount of refund will be final as made by www.faremart.com. The refund will be made in the name of the passenger irrespective of whether the booking is done through a travel agent or a franchise. It will take at least 45 days to process refunds for all services. However, there will be no refund for unutilized services unless specified. All cancellation and amendment charges will be applicable as per the principles policies that are not in our control and you will be subjected to it.
All legal disputes will be settled under the laws of US courts subject to laws of Republic of United States of America. Any dispute of whatever nature arising, under this Agreement, shall be settled through good faith negotiation among the parties. In cases where such disputes cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days, they will be referred to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties.
You accept that a violation or attempted violation of any of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions will cause such damage to www.faremart.com as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to determine and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Therefore, you agree that www.faremart.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by www.faremart.com in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees. You agree that no bond or other security shall be required in connection with such an injunction.

In addition to the cost and fees of the airlines, Faremart would charge a service fee for any service rendered over the phone. All fees charged by Faremart are non-refundable and charged on the basis of per passenger.

You can rest assured for the best price when you do a booking with us. In case, you find a lower price for the exact date, time, and itinerary, we’ll either cancel your current itinerary and provide you a full refund, or refund you the entire difference in price within 24 hours of booking.
To claim the refund, you need to share with us the required documentation via mail ( email@example.com ) so that we can verify whether all the details related to the date and time of travel, name of the destination, name of the airline, class of service, fare and other information are the same as chosen by you originally and available for booking online. We also need to verify your documents to check whether the information provided meets the requirement of our Price Match Guarantee (PMG) Policy or not.

The Price Match Guarantee offer is applicable only if the cheaper airfare matches exactly each and every element present in itinerary booked with us, like exact date and time of travel, destination name, name of the airline, class of service, specific carrier or provider (including same class of service and refund policy), fare, and other details are the same as the itinerary you booked with us and still available for booking online.
All requests including receipts for any claim under the Price Match Guarantee are subject to verification by Faremart. Where evidence of a low-cost ticket cannot be independently verified or confirmed by our customer service personnel, we will not entertain any claim. www.faremart.com reserves the right to not entertain any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made falsely or in bad faith.
After complete verification, www.faremart.com will credit or refund the difference in the fare within approximately 7-10 days.
Faremart solely reserves the right in its discretion to make changes in or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee or to limit its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. Whether you are eligible for the Price Match Guarantee or not will be determined by the terms that are in effect at the time of your booking.
